Art has been an important part of my life since I was very young. My grandparents ran a small art and craft gallery on Cuba St in the late sixties, creating a network of family friends who were painters, potters, and carvers. My home is filled with art and ceramics collected by family over the years.

While my parents were computer scientists, one of my grandfathers created distinctive ceramic art, another was a watercolour painter, and my grandmother stenciled folk patterns on her wooden floors and furniture. It was inevitable that I would be drawn to art.

Though I have dabbled in art and design for much of my life, it is only recently that I have started creating art intensively, accepted the title of 'Artist', and started selling my work. I work in mixed media, including graphite, ink, watercolour, acrylics, and collage.
